1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through sushiplanet.net with Sushi Planet.
2. Contract
By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed once we confirm your order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the offered payment methods.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery times and areas are non-binding and may vary by workload. Pickup is available during opening hours.
5. Right of withdrawal
Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food, withdrawal is excluded once preparation has begun (§ 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code).
6. Liability
We are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual duties.
7. Allergens
Information on allergens and additives is available in the menu or on request.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
